Advanced Ski Clinics

It’s no secret that skill building takes time and practice. Even the best athletes on the mountain need coaching from professionals from time to time. What could be more enticing than stepping it up and starting off on the right foot with one of Squaw Valley’s three or five day Specialty Clinics. Squaw offers just the right clinic for any skier or rider looking for inspiration, motivation or confidence to breakthrough to the next level.

Since Squaw Valley’s Ski School began in 1949, with French Olympic star Emile Allais, it has attracted some of the finest ski instructors from around the world. Our tradition continues today with Tim Reeve, Steve Day and Dan Ray, all of whom have been recognized as the top 100 instructors in the US by Ski Magazine. The one, three and five-day clinics emphasize a commitment to technical skiing at its highest level. They feature goal specific coaching, video feedback, fun racing and off-slope workshops that coincide with on-hill applications. Prices start at $719 for the 3-day and $1109 for the 5-day (includes instruction and workshops, lift tickets, videotaping, lunch and a Thursday night banquet). One-day clinics run $199 (lift ticket not included).
